Tuğçe Seven

Tuğçe, who was part of Zeo's founding team while studying at METU Business Administration, started her digital marketing career in SEO. After the SEO operations, she took an active role in Zeo's growing business development team and organized Turkey's first international SEO event SEOZONE. In 2014, she started to work as the project manager of icerik.com, the new subsidiary of Zeo. After the growth of the project, she returned to her core field in 2017 and established the finance department in Zeo. In order to increase her expertise in finance, she completed her master's degree in Economics and Finance at Boğaziçi University in 2019. While leading the finance department, she managed budgeting, cash flow, new investments, and legal relationships. After taking an active role in nearly every department at Zeo, Tuğçe was elected as the Chief Executive Officer in August 2019, as she completed her seventh year at Zeo. She is currently focused on Zeo's growth goals, new investments, and HR strategies.
