Pioneering the GEO Frontier: Leading Insurance via AI-Driven Discovery
Allianz Türkiye is the Türkiye branch of the global Allianz Group. With a strong position in motor insurance, health insurance, and individual pensions, the brand has made growth through digital channels a strategic priority.
In the highly competitive insurance sector, Allianz Türkiye sees organic channels as an important area for growth. The SEO work therefore focused on building a more sustainable, performance-oriented structure.
Challenges
High competition and regulation leave insurance brands with limited room to maneuver in SEO. Restrictions on content language, in particular, made conventional performance-focused optimization difficult to apply directly.
During the same period, the motor insurance market contracted by 9.3%, while rising costs made efficient, sustainable growth through organic channels a priority. The site also had technical issues to address, including indexing, duplicate content, and crawl efficiency.
Search behavior was changing quickly at the same time, with AI-powered results becoming more prominent. Adapting to this new search ecosystem was therefore another critical consideration.
Our Goal
Our focus in the Allianz Türkiye SEO project was to move visibility and traffic growth in the organic channel onto a more sustainable path.
We set targets to increase SEO visibility from around 40% to 60%, bring the mobile average ranking into the Top 10, and push monthly organic traffic above 1.5 million. Reaching more than 250K monthly blog traffic was also one of the project's goals.
Gaining visibility in AI-based search results and attracting traffic from that channel were also priorities.
To support those goals, we approached technical SEO, content strategy, and on-site optimization together. Automations built with n8n sped up technical checks, while AI-assisted quality-control processes helped keep content current and accurate.
We also used user-intent-based content frameworks, strengthened internal linking, and applied entity-based optimizations to build stronger visibility in both conventional search results and AI-powered results.
