YouTube & VideoCampaign Management
Video work starts by naming the job, whether that is reach, consideration or a specific action. Format choice, trafficking, pacing and placement review follow from it.

DeliveryControls
Those controls become a signed brief here, where the approved buying route, frequency envelope and named approver are checked before activation and again against real delivery.

Programmatic SetupTrafficking
Wiring is where programmatic goes wrong quietly. Naming, ownership, creative specs and staging tags get locked first, then a second trafficker signs the paused build.

Supply Path & FeeTransparency
Follow this one where the buying route crosses resellers nobody can name. Each hop is checked against ads.txt and sellers.json, and undisclosed fees stay marked unknown.

Brand SafetyVerification Controls
Suitability settings alone do not say who responds when a placement drifts mid-flight. The thresholds, the daily review and the same-day escalation owner get set here.

Audience & DataActivation
A segment without a recorded source, consent basis and retirement date should not reach the DSP.

Reach & FrequencyOptimization
Caps set at launch and never revisited are the case for this one, which breaks the average into a distribution and deduplicates reach across placements and devices.

Placement QualityPost-Campaign Audit
This one runs after the flight, once viewability credits, invalid-traffic adjustments and billing stop moving and the full placement list can be set against the original plan.
Where this work is owned

YouTube AdsPlatform Entry
The plan does not choose YouTube's formats, audience inputs or suitability controls. That platform work is here.

MeasurementHandoff
Delivery and attention diagnostics stop short of a business outcome. Approved conversion definitions, consented collection and the attribution call behind them belong to the measurement side.
The buyer job
Work with the controls the buying route gives you
The buying route determines which delivery controls we can use. Within that scope, we manage the campaign plan, trafficking, pacing, frequency, placement review and disclosed verification settings. We do not own the inventory or guarantee brand safety.
How we work
Every change keeps its buying-route context
We map the route, check the creative and tracking, then activate the approved exposure plan. After reviewing delivery and placements, a human owner signs off on any spend or targeting change.
Scope and ownership
The buying route decides which controls exist, and we say so before we promise them
We map the access the route actually provides first, then manage only what that access lets us manage.
Campaign role, audience hypothesis, geography, format, and buying route go into one plan with the inventory limits, budget exposure, measurement, and approval owners recorded next to them, then assets, destinations, tracking, dates, bids, budgets, frequency, exclusions, suitability settings, and reporting access are all checked before activation. Zeo watches delivery and escalates placements or spend that move outside the plan; we do not own the inventory and we do not guarantee brand safety, and the disclosed verification settings are named rather than implied. At close, delivery, frequency, placements, and verification signals are reconciled against downstream behaviour, with platform metrics kept separate from evidence of incrementality.
The buying route shapes the work
Map the route and responsibilities
We put the campaign role, audience hypothesis, geography, format and buying route in one plan. Inventory limits, budget exposure, measurement and approval owners sit there too.
Check the build before activation
We check assets, destinations, tracking, dates, bids and budgets. Frequency, exclusions, suitability settings and reporting access have to be ready as well.
Watch the first delivery state
Once the approved scope is live, we check delivery and measurement. The team watches exposure and escalates placements or spend that move outside the plan.
Reconcile the campaign at close
The final review sets delivery, frequency, placements and verification signals beside downstream behavior. Platform metrics remain separate from evidence of incrementality.

Upper-funnel spend held to the same revenue test as the search accounts.
People who own a single channel
Paid Search, Paid Social, CRO, and Programmatic each run under a named owner at Zeo. The consultants below are matched to the channel this page is about, so you can see who you'd actually work with.

Keyword and competitor intelligence
- SimilarwebMapping the route and responsibilities, this page's first process step, includes a Similarweb read on a prospective publisher's real traffic scale and audience mix, background research that feeds the route-approval decision rather than running inside the DSP itself.
- AdbeatWhere Similarweb reads a publisher's overall traffic, Adbeat reads a competitor's actual live display creative and placement-level spend, a narrower, display-specific competitive read that feeds creative and placement decisions the account-level Similarweb pull doesn't cover.
Measurement and attribution
- Google AnalyticsMeasurement Handoff runs through GA4's independent on-site behavior data, checked against whichever DSP delivered the impression rather than trusting that platform's own self-reported outcome alone.
Call tracking and click-fraud protection
- TrafficGuardThis page's own FAQ asks whether Zeo can guarantee fraud-free or brand-safe delivery, and TrafficGuard's invalid-traffic blocking with a documented removal trail is the honest, partial answer: reduced exposure and a visible record, not a guarantee. It runs during delivery, distinct from the closing-audit reconciliation a sibling inner-task page performs after the campaign ends.
- LunioLunio runs alongside TrafficGuard as a second, channel-tuned verification layer, its own solutions naming Display and Performance Max specifically, which gives this page's fraud-and-safety answer two independently-built checks instead of relying on one vendor's coverage alone.
Programmatic and native advertising
- The Trade DeskWhat you can control in programmatic media depends on the buying route, this page's own hero, and The Trade Desk's OpenPath is where that route gets made concrete: direct visibility into bid data and a documented, reduced-intermediary connection. This is the account-level buying platform; the family's inner-task pages narrow into specific slices of the same DSP relationship, like audience activation or fee reconciliation.
- CriteoWhere the buying route needed is commerce-specific, retargeting and retail-media placements rather than general open-web display, Criteo's commerce media platform is a separate route this page's account keeps available alongside The Trade Desk, mapped and checked before activation the same as any other approved route.
- StackAdaptFor campaigns whose approved scope spans multiple format types, native and CTV and audio in one plan, StackAdapt's cross-channel platform keeps that within one buying relationship rather than stitching several single-format vendors together.
- TaboolaWhere the approved format is native content recommendation rather than banner display, Taboola's inventory is a specifically different buying route from the open-exchange placements The Trade Desk or Criteo would otherwise cover, checked and mapped the same as any other route before it goes live.
- TeadsFor a campaign whose scope calls for premium publisher inventory bought closer to the source, Teads' open-internet platform is a route distinct from the exchange-mediated buys the other DSPs run, one more approved route this page's account maps against the client's actual permissions.
- AdRollWhere a client's programmatic work leans B2B rather than consumer, AdRoll's pairing of display buying with account-based marketing tooling is a distinct route from the consumer-scale DSPs above, mapped as its own buying relationship when that's the approved scope.
- RevcontentRevcontent's native recommendation network is a second option in the same native-content buying-route category as Taboola, kept available when a specific publisher relationship or pricing structure makes one network the better-approved route than the other for a given campaign.
- Adobe AdvertisingFor a client whose creative production and content management already run on Adobe's platform, Adobe Advertising is the buying route that keeps the DSP relationship inside the same vendor ecosystem rather than adding an unrelated platform to an already-Adobe-native stack.
Reporting and dashboards
- Looker StudioBecause this page's account can run through several buying routes at once, The Trade Desk, Criteo, StackAdapt, and more, Looker Studio is where those separate delivery reports get blended into one client-facing view rather than handed over as several disconnected exports.
