Albaraka Türk SEO Success Story

Albaraka Türk SEO Success Story

Albaraka Türk is a bank built on participation banking principles, and it holds a significant position in Türkiye's finance sector. Its products and services span the individual, commercial, and corporate segments, serving a broad base of users.

As digital channels grow more important, the bank made two things a priority: stronger visibility in organic search, and a structure built to last.

Challenges

SEO in the finance sector is a sensitive undertaking, given the heavy regulatory requirements and how much user trust matters. Participation banking adds another layer: its products and terminology differ from conventional banking, so we had to balance search behavior against the content language carefully.

Beyond that, the site's page hierarchy needed clarifying, the relationships between content needed strengthening, and crawl efficiency needed improving - all priority areas for sustainable organic growth.

Our Goal

Our primary goal for Albaraka Türk was to put organic performance on a sustainable, long-term foundation rather than chase short-term gains.

We set out to build a joined-up structure in which every SEO effort supported the others, with crawl management, page hierarchy, and alignment with search intent at the center.

As part of the strategy, we matched each keyword group to a clearly defined target page, then reworked the content and page structures around those targets. We also balanced participation banking terminology with the language people use when searching, especially in page titles, descriptions, and positioning, to expand visibility.

We strengthened internal linking to create a more consistent user journey and clearer signals for search engines. Improvements to crawl and index control, URL prioritization, and content organization also made the site's SEO infrastructure more efficient and scalable.

  • Total organic impressions: 120M+
  • Visibility increase in non-brand financial queries
