Technical& Crawl Audit
This is the lane for a crawler export nobody can read. Thousands of warnings get tested on live URLs until what's left is a template defect with an owner.

Content& Keyword Audit
Pick the content side when the page inventory grew faster than anyone's memory of why, and the roadmap needs a keep, merge, or retire call on every URL.

Backlink& Authority Audit
Backlink intelligence is one of the evidence sources this audit pulls, and the one where three tools disagree. Reconciling them comes before anybody writes a disavow file.

Competitor& SERP Audit
Scoring findings by business impact needs a read on why the current results win. Open this lane when a competitor holds a priority search and rank position won't explain it.
Why it matters
You can't fix what you can't see
A small number of issues can hold back an otherwise sound site. Cannibalization, crawl waste, thin content, and harmful links often go unnoticed until the evidence is brought together. An SEO audit replaces guesswork with a ranked list of fixes and their expected impact.
How we work
Evidence first, then a roadmap your team can use
We combine crawl data, Search Console, analytics, backlink intelligence, and competitor analysis into a single prioritized roadmap scored by traffic impact and implementation effort.
Scope and ownership
A ranked list of fixes, each one traceable to the evidence that found it
The audit ends with owners, timelines, and expected outcomes rather than a list of observations.
We pull crawl data, Search Console, analytics, backlink intelligence, and competitor SERPs into one honest picture of organic health, then score every finding on business impact against implementation effort so the consequential problems are dealt with before the checklist items nobody would notice. Zeo delivers the prioritized roadmap with owners, timelines, and expected outcomes; your team executes it, and we stay available for the technical questions that surface along the way. We re-audit the shipped changes afterwards, because a deployed fix and a solved problem are not the same thing.
What an audit actually involves
Collect the evidence
Crawlers, Search Console, analytics, backlink tools, and competitor SERPs, pulled together into one honest picture of where organic health stands.
Identify and score findings
We score every finding on business impact against effort, so the important problems get dealt with before the checklist items nobody will notice.
Prioritized roadmap delivery
You receive a working action plan with owners, timelines, and expected outcomes, ready for your team to execute.
Support implementation and recheck
We stay with your team through the roadmap, answer the technical questions as they come up, and audit the changes afterwards to confirm they landed properly.

Tools we use
The SEO stack behind the work
Every audit, crawl and rank report comes out of a tool someone has to know well. These are the ones our team works in day to day.
SEO platforms & research suites
- SemrushWe pull your current ranking positions and organic visibility trend, then run a keyword gap against the competitors already outranking you on your priority terms. That gap list feeds the content and keyword audit, showing which pages need new content, which need a rewrite, and which are cannibalizing each other.
- AhrefsWe compare referring-domain counts and anchor-text distribution against the competitors already outranking you, then separate the links that look purchased from the ones that look earned. Toxic links go on the cleanup list, and the remaining gap becomes the audit's authority-building recommendation.
- MozWe run Moz's Domain Authority and spam score alongside the Ahrefs pull, since the two indexes disagree often enough that a link only both tools rate highly is worth trusting. A rising spam score on a specific referring domain is what moves a link from the watch list to the cleanup list.
- SitecheckerOnce the roadmap fixes ship, we set up Sitechecker to monitor the exact issues we flagged instead of re-crawling by hand. That is what turns the recheck into evidence you can see, rather than a rerun of the whole audit.
Technical SEO, crawling & site speed
- Screaming FrogWe crawl the full site the way a search bot would, pulling status codes, redirect chains, duplicate titles, and orphaned pages into one dataset. That crawl is the backbone of the technical audit, and it is how we find the indexation and architecture problems actually capping visibility.
- SitebulbWe run a second, independently configured crawl in Sitebulb and diff it against the Screaming Frog pull, since the two render JavaScript and follow redirects differently and a finding that only shows up in one is often a false positive. Its link-graph view is also how we show you which sections are starved of internal links.
- PageSpeed InsightsWe run PageSpeed Insights against each key template, not just the homepage, to pull both the lab score and the real-user field data. The gap between the two tells us whether a speed problem is hurting actual visitors or only showing up in a synthetic test.
- SeobilityWe run Seobility's on-page checks across every template type to catch meta tag, heading structure, and thin-content issues a crawler alone would not flag. Grouping the findings by template means one fix in the CMS covers every page that shares it, instead of a page-by-page list.
Link building & outreach
- MajesticWe check Trust Flow against Citation Flow on your top referring domains, since a profile heavy on citation but light on trust usually means directories and low-quality links inflating the raw count. That ratio tells us how much of the domain's authority is actually defensible.
Enterprise SEO & market intelligence
- SimilarwebWe check the full traffic channel mix, not just organic, for the competitors named in the competitor audit. That tells us whether a visibility gap is really an organic problem or whether they are simply winning the same demand through paid and direct instead.
Search engine & CMS essentials
- Google Search ConsoleWe pull actual impressions, clicks, and average position by query and page, along with the indexation and coverage reports, straight from Search Console. That real data is what we check every crawler estimate and keyword tool projection against, and it is usually where we first spot pages ranking for the wrong query.
- Google AnalyticsWe check organic landing-page traffic, engagement, and conversion trends page by page rather than at the site level. That is how a technically minor issue on a high-converting page gets ranked above a bigger issue on a page nobody was going to buy from anyway.
