Why generic AI training doesn't stick
Most AI training teaches the tool. Here's ChatGPT, here's a prompt, good luck. Two weeks later usage is back where it started, because nobody ever showed the claims team, the developers, or the finance department what any of it looks like inside the work they were already doing.
So we build each program around one context: a sector, a team, a role, a skill, or a single tool. The cases come from that group's week. The governance module covers the rules they answer to, whether that's KVKK, GDPR, or their own regulator. The exercises run on documents that look like the ones on their desk. When the first example already looks familiar, people keep using the tool after we leave.

Our training methodology
Three steps, every time. We learn how you work, we train on that work, then we help you keep it going once the sessions are over.
Context-specific curriculum
We start with a discovery call, collect sample documents and workflows, then rebuild the cases and prompts around your industry, team, or tool and the people who will be in the room. Nothing gets reused from the last client.
Practice on your own work
Participants spend most of the time drafting and revising the documents they produce anyway. Instructors read the output as it comes and say what to change.
Post-training support and measurement
Every group leaves with a prompt library, templates, and a 90-day rollout plan. We stay reachable for questions afterwards, and we help you count how many people are still using it a quarter later.
