AI Training for Tourism & Hospitality

A property's guest messages, OTA reviews, listings, and seasonal campaigns all run on text, in more languages than any team can realistically staff for. This training makes generative AI a safe daily practice for guest communication, review management, and marketing content, on the messages and listings your team already handles.

Generative AI is software that takes a written prompt and produces new text in response, in whichever language it was trained on, from a guest email reply to a full listing description. In tourism and hospitality, that description covers most of what a front desk or marketing team writes every day: pre-arrival messages in German, a review reply in Russian, a seasonal listing update in English. Add the reviews on Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and Google, each one read by hundreds of future guests before they book. The tool multiplies a single brief into every language and channel a property sells through.

Used without training, that same multiplication produces a hallucinated amenity in a listing, a review reply that reads like a template, or a guest's passport number pasted into a consumer chatbot by a rushed staffer. Tourism also loses the habit every year: skills that live in one person's head leave when the season ends and new hires start from zero. This program builds the skill into the team instead of one person, across six modules covering guest messages, review responses, seasonal marketing content, and guest-data handling under KVKK and GDPR, taught on your own listings, reviews, and messages rather than generic examples.

The course runs two days, about 13 hours, usually scheduled in the shoulder or low season so front-desk shifts aren't disrupted. Onsite and live-online formats cover the same six modules, and materials adapt to whichever property-management system, channel manager, or review platform the team already uses. Other role-specific options are listed in the AI training catalog.

Guests write in three languages

Pre-arrival questions, in-stay requests, and post-stay messages arrive in English, German, and Russian, often in the same shift. AI drafts a consistent, on-brand reply even in a language nobody on the team speaks. Staff keep the final word before anything sends.

Reviews decide the next booking

On Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and Google, travelers read the responses as closely as the reviews themselves. AI turns a backlog of unanswered reviews into a daily habit: a personal, in-language draft for every review, checked before it goes live.

Who's writing the fifth market's listing copy this week?

Every season brings new listing texts, campaign copy, and OTA descriptions, multiplied by every language and market a property sells to. AI collapses that multiplication: one good brief becomes a full set of drafts to localize and polish.

Staff already paste guest data into ChatGPT

Staff already paste guest messages into consumer chatbots to translate or reply faster, often with names, booking details, and passport numbers attached, and structured training turns that unguided habit into a sanctioned, auditable workflow.

The license isn't the bottleneck

The tools already sit in the browser and inside the office suite every property uses daily. Properties benefit when people know what to delegate and how to check the result. The habit also has to reach next season's team.

  1. Generative AI basics for tourism and hospitality teams

    120 minBeginner

What large language models do well, where they fail, and why multilingual, guest-facing work raises the stakes. Front-office and reservations staff join the marketing team in learning what to trust and what to double-check before anyone touches a live guest message.

    • What a language model can and can't do
    • What hallucination looks like in guest-facing text
    • Why multilingual text pays off first
    • What to delegate, what to keep at the desk
    • Cheap experiments worth trying
  2. Prompt basics for guest-facing work

    120 minBeginner

A repeatable prompt structure for guest-facing text, role, context, task, format, checks, practiced on the messages, reviews, and listings your teams actually handle.

    • A reusable prompt template for guest replies
    • Giving the model context, not guest identifiers
    • Brand voice across languages
    • Revising a draft instead of keeping the first one
    • A shared prompt library, owned by the team
  3. Guest communication and reviews, in every language

    180 minIntermediate

Guest messages across the whole stay, review responses, complaints, and OTA correspondence are the heaviest text workload in a hotel or agency. This module rebuilds them as AI-assisted drafting flows, in whichever language a guest writes in. Every flow ends with a review-before-send step.

    • Message flows before, during, and after the stay
    • On-brand replies for Booking.com and TripAdvisor, with Google covered too
    • Complaints: tone and apology, plus the point where a manager steps in
    • Concierge and FAQ content guests actually use
    • OTA and agency correspondence
    • Checking AI output in a language nobody on shift speaks
  4. Marketing content and listings for seasonal campaigns

    150 minIntermediate

Marketing content rebuilt for the seasonal rhythm: listings, campaigns, email, social, and group proposals, produced from a reusable brief instead of a blank page. Each one is then adapted to the market it's selling into.

    • Listing and property descriptions per channel and market
    • One seasonal brief, many languages and formats
    • Email and social content calendars with AI assistance
    • Group and MICE proposals from a reusable skeleton
    • Guest feedback, turned into content and service insights
    • One asset, repurposed across OTA, web, email, and social
  5. Privacy and compliance around guest data

    120 minIntermediate

KVKK, GDPR, and guest-privacy obligations translated into daily practice: what may go into an AI tool, and what never does, passports, payments, loyalty data. The policy has to be one a seasonal team will follow.

    • What counts as personal data in guest records
    • KVKK and GDPR obligations for a cross-border guest base
    • Where guest data goes: consumer tools vs. enterprise tools
    • Payment and ID boundaries, including loyalty data
    • Writing an AI usage policy for a property
    • De-identified examples and synthetic guests
  6. Adoption playbook across properties and seasons

    90 minAdvanced

From trained individuals to an operation that uses AI well across properties and seasons, covering pilots, a champions model, onboarding for seasonal hires, and the habits that keep usage safe after the trainers leave.

    • Picking a pilot with a measurable time saving
    • A champions model that survives seasonal turnover
    • Onboarding seasonal staff in days
    • Proof of adoption beyond a login count
    • A 90-day rollout plan timed to your season

What you will learn

  • Answer guest messages in the guest's own language, with a review step before send
  • Draft review replies for Booking.com and TripAdvisor. Cover Google too
  • Adapt listing and campaign copy to each season and market
  • Cut repetitive front-desk questions using concierge content
  • A MICE proposal, one structure
  • Handle guest data in line with KVKK and GDPR
  • A library that outlasts turnover

Who should attend

  • Hotel general managers and operations leads
  • Front office and guest relations, including concierge staff
  • Reservations and call-center agents
