Four practices, clear ownership
Performance Marketing
Paid Search, Paid Social, CRO, and Programmatic work as one connected system. Each practice has its own owner, controls, and buyer purpose, so you can see who makes each decision and which inputs it uses. We also show where measurement remains uncertain. We don't promise a fixed result.

The four practices
Start with the practice responsible for the decision you need to make. Platform pages provide supporting entry points.

Paid Search & PPC ManagementGoogle and Microsoft search need close control over queries, engine settings, and budget pacing.See the practice
Paid Social AdvertisingWe set clear roles across paid social platforms, including ownership within the Meta family. Audience controls and creative learning are reviewed against downstream quality.See the practice
CRO & ExperimentationLanding-page decisions start with research and a hypothesis. We handle experiment QA, analysis, and the implementation decision.See the practice
Programmatic, Display & VideoFor video and display, we manage trafficking, pacing, frequency, and placement review. Measurement handoffs stay visible throughout.See the practice The basic model
Performance marketing connects spend with response
Performance marketing covers advertising across digital channels. Compared with traditional marketing, it gives teams more detailed signals about how campaigns are responding, so strategy can change as results and conditions do.
Pricing can follow cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-mille (CPM), or another model. Teams can choose the model that fits the campaign.
Channels and tools
Campaign design follows the channel
Performance marketing can use any digital channel that supports advertising. Search engine results pages sit alongside display networks and social platforms such as YouTube and Facebook, giving brands several ways to reach internet users.
Teams manage campaigns through Google Ads, Yandex Direct, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Formats, pricing, machine-learning-based bidding, custom audiences, and targeting controls differ by tool. CPC (cost per click) shows the price paid for a click. Measuring ROI (return on investment) also depends on conversions, revenue data, attribution, and data quality.
How we work
Measurement guides the account
We connect measurement and bidding work with scripts, creative review, and landing-page tests.
We start by checking measurement and use statistical analysis to understand what the account data can support. Scripts and APIs handle repeatable work, while campaign decisions stay with the team. We review creative, optimize landing pages, and use A/B tests to learn which changes improve campaign performance.

How we plan performance marketing work
Before the kickoff, we prepare a preliminary analysis from what you've shared about the product or service. In the meeting, we test those early observations, pin down the requirements, and decide together what belongs in the project plan. Work that may deliver value sooner goes near the top, with room to adjust as we learn more.

PPC management and automation
- OptmyzrThe hub's FAQ asks how automated bidding and smart campaign types fit into strategy. Optmyzr is the practical answer at account-management level: automation with preserved human review and explicit change logic.
- Smartly.ioPaid Social Advertising is not just audience targeting; it is also creative operations at pace. Smartly.io is the hub-level anchor for that reality, where creative workflow and media optimization meet in one operating surface.
Keyword and competitor intelligence
- SimilarwebThis hub's first step is market analysis, not campaign launch. Similarweb gives Zeo the external view of channel mix and competitive pressure needed to decide whether search, social, CRO, or programmatic deserves the next increment of budget.
CRO and experimentation
- ContentsquareCRO is one of the four named practices on this hub, and Hotjar gives Zeo the observed behavior behind that work: where users stall, hesitate, scroll, or abandon before an experiment hypothesis is approved.
Measurement and attribution
- Google AnalyticsThis hub says measurement guides the account, not the other way around. GA4 is the shared baseline Zeo checks before trusting any channel platform's own account-side performance story.
- Google Tag ManagerThe hub's privacy and measurement FAQ both hinge on consistent collection. GTM is the common wiring layer that keeps search, social, CRO, and programmatic work pointing at the same conversion model instead of four separate definitions.
Programmatic and native advertising
- The Trade DeskProgrammatic, Display & Video is a named practice on this hub, and The Trade Desk is the cleanest anchor for explaining how route, inventory, and fee visibility become practical media-buying decisions rather than generic 'display advertising' talk.
Reporting and dashboards
- Looker StudioThe hub frames Paid Search, Paid Social, CRO, and Programmatic as one connected system. Looker Studio is where that connection becomes reviewable by an owner in one dashboard rather than four siloed reports.
