Build useful pages from repeatable search patterns
Specialist disciplines

Opportunity& Data Modeling
The pattern has to hold before anyone builds for it. You get a proceed, narrow, or stop call on the data itself, ahead of any engineering time.

Page Templates& Content Models
Your best record will make almost any template look finished. Pick this one when the sparse, stale, and duplicate records still have no deliberate outcome defined.

Generation& Publishing Pipelines
Generating a page and publishing it are two different acts here. The private preview, the named approval, and a tested rollback all get added at this step.

Quality Control& Index Management
The estate is live and the pilot's verdict has aged. This is the governance layer where each cohort keeps a current reason to exist or gets retired with an owner.
Why it matters
Some opportunities are too big to write one page at a time
Demand can fragment across thousands of similar queries by location, feature, integration, or use case. Programmatic SEO addresses that demand through a structured page system instead of an endless content backlog.
How we work
The model gets proven before it gets scaled
We confirm the query pattern holds, define the data model and templates, write down the generation and publishing rules, and keep watching quality as coverage grows. Automation runs the workflow. Approval and publishing stay with people.
Scope and ownership
Automation runs the workflow; approval and publishing stay with people
The query pattern has to hold on a small set of pages before the system is allowed to scale.
We find the repeatable search patterns in your niche and audit whether the structured data behind them can produce pages that are genuinely different from one another, then design the modular templates and write down the generation, review, and publishing rules. Zeo builds the data pipeline, the generation logic, and the review gates; your team keeps the approval decision and the publishing switch, and the underlying data stays your source of truth. Crawl behaviour, index coverage, content uniqueness, and ranking performance are monitored as coverage grows and decide what gets published, improved, held back, or pulled from the index.
Our programmatic SEO process
Keyword pattern and data audit
We find repeatable search patterns in your niche and audit the structured data needed to build many useful, differentiated pages.
Design templates and page experience
Modular templates that hold automation and usefulness in balance, so each page answers the query it was built for.
Build the generation and publishing flow
The data pipeline, the generation logic, the review gates, and the publishing workflow needed to produce and update pages without a person doing it one at a time.
Control quality and index coverage
We track crawl behavior, index coverage, content uniqueness, and ranking performance, and use it to decide what gets published, improved, held back, or pulled from the index.

The specialists behind this SEO work
Zeo's SEO work goes back to 2006, when we started what we call the first SEO blog in the MENA region. The consultants shown here are doing that work today, matched to what this page covers.

Tools we use
The SEO stack behind the work
Every audit, crawl and rank report comes out of a tool someone has to know well. These are the ones our team works in day to day.
SEO platforms & research suites
- AhrefsWe run the seed pattern through Keywords Explorer to pull every matching variation and its search volume, not just the obvious ones. That full list is what tells us which attribute values, which city, which category, actually clear a minimum demand bar before a page gets built for them.
- SemrushOnce a batch is live, we track rankings in bulk across the whole generated set, tagged by template rather than watched page by page. That segmentation is how we see a whole template underperforming before it shows up as one confusing outlier in a report.
Technical SEO, crawling & site speed
- Screaming FrogBefore a batch goes live, we crawl the generated pages the way Googlebot would, checking that canonical tags, indexability meta, and internal links are correct at the template level. One wrong rule in a template can break thousands of pages at once, so this crawl is the release gate.
- BotifyWe feed server logs into Botify alongside the crawl data to see whether Googlebot is actually visiting the newly published batch or spending its budget elsewhere on the site. At programmatic volume, that log view is the only reliable way to know.
- JetOctopusWe segment the log data by URL pattern rather than looking at the site average, so we can see bot visits attribute by attribute. That pattern-level view is what tells us which parts of the combination matrix are worth expanding and which to stop building.
- OncrawlWe cross the crawl and log data in Oncrawl to correlate internal-link depth and inrank against which pages Google actually bothers to crawl and index. That correlation, not a hunch, is what decides whether a template needs more internal links or a shallower structure.
- SitebulbWe run the published set through Sitebulb's duplicate content report, which scores how similar any two pages are rather than just flagging exact matches. That score is the direct check against the main risk with this kind of system, templates that are technically unique but read as the same page.
Keyword research & rank tracking
- Google Keyword PlannerBefore we template a new attribute, city, category, integration, whatever the pattern is built on, we check its search volume in Keyword Planner. Combinations with no real demand get cut from the build list instead of quietly becoming thin pages nobody searches for.
- Keyword CupidWe cluster the modifier list by which URLs already rank for each combination, not by shared words. When two attribute values return the same ranking pages, that is our signal to merge them into one page instead of publishing near-duplicates.
- LowFruitsWe run the full combination list through LowFruits to see which ones have forums, directories, or low-authority pages sitting in the top ten. Those move to the front of the publishing queue, since a weak incumbent is a more realistic near-term target than an established competitor.
- Keyword ToolWe pull autocomplete-based suggestions for the seed pattern to catch phrasing the obvious modifier list misses, alternate names for the same category or feature. That wider list is what decides how many pages the system actually needs to cover the pattern.
Search engine & CMS essentials
- Google Search ConsoleWe split the Index Coverage report by URL pattern instead of reading it as one site-wide number, since a programmatic batch usually has a few templates dragging the average down. That breakdown tells us which specific attribute combinations Google is refusing to index, and it's the first signal a template needs rework.
