Zeo partners with leading enterprise and growth brands on digital visibility. Our SEO story began in 2006 with what we describe as the first SEO blog in the MENA region.

We start by looking at the site, the market you compete in, and what your team can realistically ship. Those findings turn into an SEO plan where every piece of work has someone's name against it.

The six capabilities below carry most of the recurring work in an SEO engagement.

Capabilities

Engagements

Work with an end point already agreed. A diagnosis to deliver, a risky change to get through, or a decision to advise on.

Solutions for your context

Your scale, platform, or business model shapes the service. The team with the relevant capability still owns the execution.

Specialist disciplines

Disciplines with their own working habits and constraints, backed by the same core SEO capabilities.

SEO connects your commercial pages with what search engines look for when ranking answers for high-intent queries.

It evaluates how Google and other search engines assess relevance and authority, then improves content architecture, technical accessibility, and quality signals across the site.

SEO needs several teams pulling in the same direction from the first week. A consultant can find the opportunity and write the recommendation, but the people who ship it are usually your content team, your developers, your product owners, and other stakeholders on your side. Thinking of SEO as “experience optimization” is one way to get all of those contributions into a single plan. The ZEO Blog and ZEO TV go further into it.

Ranking positions are only part of it. The real job is helping a search engine connect someone's question with a page that answers it properly.

SEO works best when there is something genuinely worth surfacing. So our consultancy looks at three areas that feed each other: the pages and content that answer the search need, the technical work that lets search engines reach that material, and the links and mentions that give it standing.

Our team attends conferences like Mozcon, Searchlove, and BrightonSEO. People from the management team have also been invited to speak at conferences in European countries including England, Germany, and Italy. What comes back from those rooms feeds our internal knowledge sharing, and we adapt the process for each market we work in.

Priorities, constraints, and shipping capacity differ from brand to brand, so one fixed analysis template never fits. We use the first meeting to pin down what you need, then build a project plan that puts the likely near-term wins early without losing the longer work. We do some homework first. Before that meeting we read up on the product or service and prepare a preliminary analysis, which points at the opportunities worth talking through, including the ones that may pay off sooner. Here is how the work is usually organized:

  1. Feasibility

Market and competitor research, organic traffic forecasting, SEO benchmarking, budget allocation

  2. Research

Onboarding, competitor analysis, SEO visibility, goals, and forecasting

    process-2.svg
  3. Consultancy

Technical SEO, content and on-page SEO, link-earning strategy, off-page SEO

We were working with a global supplier on SEO before. Accessibility and process management were a little more difficult with these teams. At the same time, in terms of budget, global suppliers were more costly for us due to exchange rate differences and man-hours. When we started working with Zeo, we first went through an audit, fixing the results and problems. After these processes, we placed SEO in a strategic place for digital marketing and created an always-on SEO strategy for our brands and implemented it step by step.

We strictly follow the regulations and algorithms that can change at any time. We need to act quickly. At this point, Zeo has become a partner that meets all our expectations with its professional, innovative and solution-oriented approach. The Zeo team has become a stakeholder in success by looking at our optimization processes and our brand as their own value. As the Acıbadem Healthcare Group family, we would like to thank all the Zeo team, who work tirelessly, constantly improve, and do not compromise on keeping their energy high under all circumstances!

We talked to a number of agencies while we were planning our website's infrastructure migration, and we ended up with Zeo. They start by understanding the problem, then bring fresh approaches to solving it better. Communication is strong, and they support you at whatever point you turn out to need it. Every minute we spend working with them convinces us further that we made the right call. If you're looking for someone to sort out the digital side, you're in the right place.

When we moved from our old corporate website to an e-commerce site, we partnered with Zeo for the migration and all the SEO work that followed. Since 2018, we have ranked 1st for 250 of the 500 highest-volume keywords we track, and on the first page for 483.

With Zeo, we increased the number of new users from organic traffic by 39%. Because we work in a niche sector, they continue to provide detailed solutions and optimizations in coordination with our marketing team.

Long-running organic programmes across retail, finance and publishing. Each write-up covers what we found, what we changed, and what moved.

Every audit, crawl and rank report comes out of a tool someone has to know well. These are the ones our team works in day to day.

SEO platforms & research suites

  • AhrefsThe hub's SEO strategies section spans technical work, content priorities, and authority building. Ahrefs is the shared competitive dataset that connects those strands when Zeo decides what the site lacks versus what the market already rewards.
  • SemrushThis hub's first process step is market analysis, not just site diagnosis. Semrush supplies the demand and competition view Zeo uses to decide whether a page, cluster, or migration target is worth prioritizing in the first place.

Technical SEO, crawling & site speed

  • Screaming FrogTechnical SEO, migrations, internal linking, and information architecture all begin with an actual crawl rather than a hunch. Screaming Frog is the hub-level technical baseline behind those decisions across the six service lines linked from this page.
  • Schema AppOn-page SEO here includes more than title tags and copy. Schema App is the hub-level answer to structured data and rich results work, especially where product, article, and entity markup needs to be maintained as one coherent system.
  • PageSpeed InsightsThe hub's FAQ asks how user experience and SEO connect. PageSpeed Insights is the common proof surface for that answer, because it ties experience metrics to technical recommendations the SEO and development teams can both inspect.
  • SISTRIXAt hub level, Zeo often needs a second independent market view before calling a trend structural rather than temporary. SISTRIX's visibility index adds that outside check, especially when tracking whether a site's broader organic footprint is genuinely gaining or eroding over time.

Enterprise SEO & market intelligence

  • SimilarwebThe hub does not treat every visible competitor success as an SEO story. Similarweb gives Zeo the channel-mix context to separate organic strength from paid, referral, or direct dominance before recommending an SEO response.

Search engine & CMS essentials

  • Google Search ConsoleThe hub starts from what your site can realistically ship and what search already says about it. Search Console provides that direct record of indexing, query visibility, and technical coverage before any technical, on-page, or strategy recommendation moves forward.
Send the market, the technical constraints, and your growth target. You get a named SEO consultant's read on what it takes to win organic visibility — not a template audit.
