A normal workday leaves plenty of loose ends. You skim an email between calls, join a meeting after the first decision, then return to a Teams channel with forty new messages. Copilot can draft the reply, catch you up, and pull out the action items. The useful part is getting that help without losing track of what people actually said.
This module follows four places where that problem shows up: Outlook email, your inbox and calendar, Teams meetings, and Teams chats and channels. You'll work with copy-ready prompts for each one and practice checking every summary against its source. That check matters. A fluent summary can present a proposed date as approved, assign a task that nobody accepted, or reuse one launch date as several unrelated deadlines.
Each lesson pairs a common Copilot workflow with a quick verification step before the output leaves your desk. You'll also learn which Teams features depend on a license and what a missing control does, and doesn't, prove. We start with email because you can put the method to work straight away.
