Pages, Notebooks, and Suite Workflows
Most people treat Copilot like a search box. They ask a question, skim the answer, and move on. By the time a colleague needs the same work, it's buried in the chat history. A useful answer can have a longer life as a shared brief, a research Notebook tied to chosen sources, or a Page the team can edit.
This module covers the Copilot surfaces where work stays available. You'll move a response onto an editable Page, limit a Notebook to your own files, and use OneNote, Loop, and Whiteboard to make plans or summaries from rough notes. You'll also follow the work through OneDrive, SharePoint, and Planner without losing track of what has been checked.
Saving a generated draft doesn't make it correct. It gives the draft a permanent home, including any mistakes. The workflows here are ready to use this week, and the same source-checking habits still apply if some features aren't enabled for your account yet.
