Word and PowerPoint with Copilot

Word and PowerPoint take up a good part of many workdays. Copilot can shorten some of that work while leaving you in control of the finished document.

In Word, you'll draft from a handful of notes, add a section at the cursor, and adjust the tone or length of a difficult paragraph. In PowerPoint, you'll turn a one-paragraph brief into a deck built around a decision, work inside your organization's template, and create a conceptual image where one is useful. The four lessons use familiar work tasks, including an onboarding announcement, a pilot decision brief, and an executive update deck.

Copilot sounds confident even when a statement isn't supported. It might present a target as an achievement or add a plausible start date that your notes never mention. Give it a clear source, then compare every important line with that source before sharing. The check takes about a minute and catches the details that fluent writing can hide.
